How it works?

As everybody’s needs and wants for their fruit and veg is different, we at Shiva Health allow our customers to hand pick what fresh produce they would like us to deliver to them. Most of our customers select one of our boxes which contain the latest seasonal fruit and veg and add on their own selection of Fruit, Vegetables, Herbs & Spices.

Where are you based?

Our retail unit where you can pick your own produce is in Finchley Central – North London. All our fresh produce is held at New Covent Garden Market for Fresh Produce. New Covent Garden Market is the largest wholesale fruit, vegetable, and flower market in the United Kingdom. Located in Nine Elms, London, the market covers a site of 57 acres.

When will my delivery arrive?

We are currently delivering to North & South London on Tuesdays and Friday’s. All deliveries are contact free. The delivery teams will drop to your door and wait to see that you have collected your delivery.

When is my produce picked?

Your fruit and veg is hand picked the morning of your delivery day by our quality control pickers. We only select and use the finest and freshest produce. Some produce is shrink vacuum wrapped for you too!

We take great pride in having the finest quality graded produce for our clients and customers. Some fruits will arrive ready to eat, others will be for home ripening.

If you receive a delivery and are unhappy with any item you have received please take a picture and email it into us for a quibble-free replacement.

Our goal is to take produce from our hand-selected sustainable farmers and bring this to our clients in the fastest time possible with minimal contact and processing so that it reaches your table fine, fresh and tasty.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, however for free delivery you must spend a minimum of £25.

Can I have the same order weekly?

Yes, many of customers choose to repeat some items weekly or fortnightly and add some top-up items.

Our tech guru’s are currently working on developing a weekly shopping basket so you can manage your weekly shop better.

Can I place a telephone order?

I am afraid we are unable to take orders over the phone but if you wish to email a shopping list to [email protected] one of our friendly team members can prepare your shopping basket for you and send you a request for payment.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

I am afraid our delivery team do not accept cash payments. All orders must be paid for prior to handpicking and delivery.

Can you deliver to my office?

Yes we can.

We do special fruit baskets and hampers for offices too.

Can you deliver to my parents/friends/family/grandparents?

Yes you can.

When you place an order you will be able to select different delivery address and billing address.
